Angefangen als Printjournalist wechselte er 1983 zu RTL und war dort bis 1993 vom Reporter bis zum Produktionsleiter für ca. 60 Std. Fernsehprogramm verantwortlich. 1986 gründete er seine eigene Produktionsfirma, Iris Productions. 1988 war er Mitbegründer der ersten luxemburgischen Produzentenvereinigung. Auf internationaler Ebene war er in mehreren Europäischen Kommissionsausschüssen beratend tätig. 1991 wurde er zum Leiter von EURO AIM gewählt. Seit 1997 ist er wieder als Produzent tätig. Zu seinen Co-Produktionen gehören der Animationsfilm "Der Magische Wald", eine Ko-produktion mit CineVox (Deutschland) für das ZDF, der Kurzfilm „Tour de France“ von Antoine Prum und Boris Kremer und der Spielfilm „Große Gefühle“ von Christoph Schertenleib.
Began as a print media journalist, moved to RTL in 1983 and was there till 1993 working as reporter to head of production responsible for approx. 60 hours of television programmes. In 1986 he founded his own production company, Iris Productions. In 1988 he was co-founder of the first producer’s association in Luxembourg. On the international level he was involved in a number of European commissions as a consultant. In 1991 he was elected to the post of head of EURO AIM. Since 1997 he has been active as a producer again. Amongst his co-productions are the animation film “Der Magische Wald”, co-produced with CineVox (Germany) for ZDF, the short film “Tour de France” by Antoine Prum and Boris Kremer and the feature film “Große Gefühle” by Christoph Schertenleib.
